Yes. All our grade A, B and C devices undergo a thorough technical inspection at a certified testing and repair center in Estonia before being offered for sale. The inspection includes, among other things: Visual inspection of the device (display, casing, buttons, etc.), Testing of key functions (touchscreen, cameras, microphone, speakers, charging, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.), Checking the battery condition and charging functionality, Updating the software and restoring factory settings where necessary, Secure erasure of the previous user’s data in accordance with licensing and data protection requirements. The testing and repair center follows international standards: ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 27001 ISO 45001 Only devices that pass all tests and meet our quality and safety requirements are offered for sale. The remaining devices are sent for servicing or removed from the product range.
